The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) is a not-for-profit organization specializing in scholarship management and international education through the management of numerous scholarship programs sponsored by various international donor and funding organizations, and the administration of international assessments and professional certifications. Position Summary
The post holder is responsible to the Sales and Marketing Team to reach target sales numbers of TOEFL iBT tests, and to increase target numbers over time. The post holder works closely with Sales team which handles accounts sales activities with universities, schools, language schools and the corporate sector. Other tasks required may include telemarketing, meeting and presentation, agreement preparation and other marketing activities.
SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR:
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop databases of potential customers
- Conduct telemarketing
- Manage requisition meetings
- Prepare tailored presentations for prospect customers
- Handle enquiries from potential customers or participants received via direct call, email and other communication platforms
- Reach the target of TOEFL iBT test sales with a goal of increasing revenue
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
- Organized and implement marketing activities e.g. education expos, career expos, and school visits
- Maintain professional relationships with all clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: minimum S1 in any major related to Marketing Communication, Public Relation or Business Management
- Preferred work experience: (1) minimum two years in marketing and sales of educational products, (2) and in telemarketing, event organizing, and sales of educational products
- Computer skills: MS Office and Social Media Apps (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube)
- Proven professional relationships and networks with universities, schools & corporate institutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excel: professional proficiency in using Excel
- English: business proficiency in speaking and writing
- Work attitude: customer-service oriented dedicated to increase and enhance opportunities in education fields
- Professional network: with contacts and institutions in the fields of secondary and higher education
- Character: a quick learner, creative and innovative
- Punctuality: meets the deadlines of all tasks
- Work style: efficient performance in a team and independently, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work in a tight schedule with pressing demands
- Schedule flexibility: work a flexible schedule and participate in activities outside of regular office hours, as needed
SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT:
