Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing marketing strategies to expand our reach in the education sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and engage with educational institutions, education agents, and potential partners to promote our educational programs.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the benefits of our programs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education sector.
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent our company and network with potential clients.

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business English skills in speaking and writing.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
  • Creative, innovative, and a quick learner.
  • Punctual and meets deadlines for all tasks.
  • Efficient in team and independent performance, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to participate in activities outside of regular office hours as needed.
